We are seeking an IT Support Desk Technician to join a growing IT team, providing reliable 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software and network environments. You will be central to day-to-day IT operations, delivering timely, professional support while maintaining high standards of service, documentation and security.

The Role
- Provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line support
- Set up, configure and maintain end-user hardware (PCs, laptops and tablets)
- Support peripherals and production equipment including printers and devices
- Administer Active Directory, Azure / Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Adobe Admin Centre
- Deliver remote support to other sites
- Assist with LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Configure and manage MFA using Cisco Duo, ensuring security compliance
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in an on-call rota for critical incident support
Skills & Experience
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support, ideally within a multi-site environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure / Entra ID
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN connectivity)
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Knowledge of IT security controls, including MFA and endpoint protection
- Strong communication skills and attention to documentation
