We are seeking a mid-senior level SharePoint Consultant to join a growing consultancy. You will deliver modern, scalable SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions for a variety of clients, combining technical delivery, solution design, and light development in a hands-on, client-facing role.
As a trusted advisor, you will help clients maximise SharePoint and M365 through architecture, automation, customisation, and best practice guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design, implementation, and optimisation of SharePoint Online solutions
- Build information architecture, site structures, content types, and metadata frameworks
- Configure SharePoint features: lists, libraries, pages, web parts, hub sites, permissions, and collaboration areas
- Develop solutions using SPFx (desirable), Power Automate, Power Apps, JSON/PnP templates
- Deliver SharePoint migrations using ShareGate, SPMT, or AvePoint
- Run client workshops, gather requirements, and translate into technical solutions
- Advise on governance, compliance, lifecycle management, and adoption
- Produce documentation, training, and user guides
- Troubleshoot SharePoint and M365 issues
- Collaborate with teams to scope, estimate, and deliver projects efficiently
- Proven SharePoint Online delivery experience in consultancy or multi-client environments
- Strong SharePoint architecture, configuration, and best practice knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate & Power Apps
- Ability to design intuitive information architectures and permissions
- Confident client-facing skills: workshops and solution presentations
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD/Entra ID)
- SPFx, TypeScript/JavaScript, Graph API, PnP PowerShell experience
- Nintex or other automation tools
- Experience with intranet builds or digital workplace transformations
- Microsoft certifications (MS-600, MS-700, MS-900, PL-100/PL-200)
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Solutions-driven, proactive problem-solver
- Comfortable working independently and in teams
- Curious and committed to staying current with Microsoft 365 technologies
