Technology is changing the way businesses work, and we're looking for someone who can help drive that change across the business. This is not a traditional training role. It's an opportunity to become the go-to expert for our client's systems and technology; helping colleagues adopt new tools, improve ways of working and get the most from the business's technology investment.

Working closely with IT, Learning & Development, and their wider teams, you'll play a key role in everything from new starter induction and system rollouts through to creating engaging digital learning content and supporting business-wide technology adoption.

We're open to backgrounds. You may be an IT Trainer, Legal Systems Trainer or Technology Adoption Specialist. Or, you could be a Systems Analyst or Applications Specialist or Systems Superuser who enjoys working with people and wants to move into a more consultative, business-facing role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering engaging systems training, workshops and drop-in sessions
  • Supporting the rollout of new technology, upgrades and system enhancements
  • Acting as a superuser and trusted advisor for systems and technology
  • Creating digital learning content, guides, videos and e-learning resources
  • Supporting new starter onboarding and induction programmes
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business to improve system adoption and user confidence
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, learning and user experience

What we're looking for:

  • Experience delivering IT, systems or applications training, or strong systems experience with a passion for helping users
  • Experience within a knowledge-based environment would be highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of business systems, technology and user adoption
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in helping people get the best from technology

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and people, helping shape how systems are used across a modern, forward-thinking professional services business.
