Experienced Supply Teachers Wanted – Flexible Teaching Opportunities Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible work without the demands of planning, marking, or meetings? We are working with a number of excellent secondary schools in Uxbridge and the surrounding areas who are seeking reliable and confident Supply Teachers to cover lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4. Whether you're available full-time, part-time, or just a couple of days a week, we’d love to hear from you. Who We’re Looking For This role is ideal for: * Qualified Teachers (QTS or QTLS) * Experienced educators returning to the classroom * Those who enjoy teaching but want greater flexibility You’ll need to be confident in managing a classroom, delivering pre-set work, and maintaining behaviour and focus in line with school expectations. What You’ll Be Doing * Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects * Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment * Following school behaviour and safeguarding policies * Reporting back to staff on student engagement and any concerns What You’ll Need * UK QTS or QTLS (or significant recent UK teaching experience) * Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt quickly * Excellent communication and classroom presence * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Choose Supply? * No planning or marking – just turn up, teach, and go * Weekly pay and competitive daily rates (£150–£210 depending on experience) * Total control over when and where you work * Great for maintaining work-life balance or transitioning back into teaching
