About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting classroom teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support for students, and ensuring all pupils have the opportunity to succeed in their studies. You will work closely with students of varying abilities, supporting those with additional learning needs, and contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in planning and delivering lessons.

Desirable:

  • A Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) or equivalent however not needed if you have previous experience.
  • Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • First Aid qualification.
