Key Responsibilities: * Delivering tailored, high-quality education to students with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. * Planning and implementing individual education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student. * Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide holistic support. * Creating a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages students’ personal and academic growth. * Tracking progress and reporting on student outcomes to ensure the best possible learning experience. * Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring student well-being.
