About the Role
- Support pupils both in and outside the classroom to help them access learning successfully.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support where required.
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.

- Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school setting.
- Have experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEND, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or additional learning needs.
- Are patient, resilient, and compassionate.
