Are you a qualified Level 3 EYFS Practitioner with a passion for helping young children learn, develop, and thrive? We are currently looking for enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Practitioners to join welcoming early years settings across South East London, particularly around SE13. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding Early Years environment where you can make a genuine difference to children's development while building your experience and progressing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Observe, assess, and record children's learning and development.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Work effectively as part of the wider Early Years team.
• Support children's individual needs and development.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and setting policies at all times.

Requirements:

• A relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare, or an equivalent recognised qualification, is essential.
• Previous experience working in an early years, nursery, pre-school, or childcare setting.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• A caring, enthusiastic, patient, and professional approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Please note: A relevant Level 3 qualification is essential for this role. Candidates without a recognised Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification will not be considered.
