Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (preferred).
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Competitive daily pay of £90 - £130, depending on experience and qualifications.
