  • You will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils can thrive.
  • You will assess and track pupil progress, adapt your teaching to meet individual needs, and maintain high expectations for behaviour, attendance and achievement.
  • In long-term roles, you will also take on planning, assessment, and wider class responsibilities, while in day-to-day placements you will follow school plans and provide high-quality cover.
  • You will work closely with colleagues, support staff, parents and carers to maximise pupil outcomes and contribute positively to the wider school community.

  • A proactive, professional and adaptable approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
