Your Teaching is currently recruiting for two excellent Primary Teacher vacancies at a highly regarded and supportive primary school in Croydon.
We are seeking:
- KS1 Teacher (Year 2)
- KS2 Teacher (Year 6)

About the RoleAs a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
- Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive attitudes to learning
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Contributing to the wider life of the school community
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school
- Experience teaching within either KS1 or KS2
- Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons effectively
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Right to work in the UK
- Valid DBS on Update Service needed(or willing to obtain)
- Has to be available full-time (5 days a week)
Previous primary school teaching experience is essential. These positions are not suitable for candidates without classroom teaching experience in a UK primary school setting.
