As an Early Career Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupil progress, and creating a positive learning environment while continuing your professional development through a structured ECT programme. Assess and monitor pupil progress. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils. Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. Engage fully with the school's ECT support and development programme. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS by September 2026. Eligible to begin or continue the Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction programme. Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Available full-time from September 2026.
