Our school supports secondary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing a nurturing, structured, and therapeutic environment where every young person can thrive.

About the Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: Support secondary-aged pupils with ASD both in and outside the classroom.
Help create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
Promote pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
Build strong and trusting relationships with pupils and their families.
What We Are Looking For We welcome applications from candidates who: Have experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly ASD & SEMH (desirable but not essential).
Are committed to supporting pupils with complex educational and emotional needs.
