Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 05 years.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework .
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare is preferred.
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYFS framework .
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
