Your Teaching is currently recruiting reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work on a day-to-day supply basis across a range of secondary schools in Croydon and the surrounding areas. We are working with a number of partner schools that require Cover Supervisors on a daily basis, meaning there are opportunities for both immediate starts and ongoing work throughout the academic year.
About the Role
As a Supply Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring pupils remain engaged with the work provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
- Supervise classes and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Ensure pupils remain on task and complete the work set.
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people.

- Experience within a secondary school environment.
