We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our therapeutic Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in South Croydon. Our school supports secondary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing a nurturing, structured, and therapeutic environment where every young person can thrive.

About the RoleAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
- Support secondary-aged pupils with ASD both in and outside the classroom.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver personalised learning and therapeutic interventions.
- Help create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
- Promote pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with pupils and their families.

- Have experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly ASD & SEMH (desirable but not essential).
- Are patient, resilient, and compassionate.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Are committed to supporting pupils with complex educational and emotional needs.
