Sales Coordinator Altrincham – Hybrid (2 days in office) Permanent, Full time £25,000 – £33,000 per annum + bonus The Company Our client is a specialist provider of Managed Digital Media Solutions. They provide installations throughout the UK, Europe, and Australia and work with some of the biggest brands in the UK. The Role This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to advance your career over the next couple of years. The Sales Coordinator role offers hands-on experience with the full sales process, including attending meetings with clients and contributing to business development activities. You’ll also need to establish relationships with our supply chain partners to help support our sales efforts with clients. What You'll Do: Entering quotes into the ERP system Assisting customers with both pre and post-sales inquiries, working closely with the sales team and other departments to resolve any issues that may arise Producing relevant performance and sales reports Helping onboard new clients in collaboration with the finance team Supporting the organisation and delivery of customer visits, events, and award ceremonies Aiding in the preparation of business proposals, pitches, and tender responses Conducting market research to identify opportunities and potential risks Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers Setting up monitoring systems to spot potential tendering opportunitiesWhat You'll Need: Confident and self-driven Professional and adaptable approach to work, including willingness to travel (around 25% of the time) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with good numeracy Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines Attentive and committed to providing excellent customer service Capable of working effectively under pressure Detail-oriented A team player with a proactive attitude towards self-management Skilled at building rapport with customers and suppliers Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteWhat you’ll get: Free on site parking On-site kitchen facilities Casual dress in the office and dogs are allowed Cycle to work scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays Bonus scheme Discount/Cash back scheme with high street retailersOur client is passionate about developing your exciting career, they are big and diverse enough to offer you incredible opportunities but small enough to know and care about team members as individuals.
