As they continue to grow and strengthen their position in the market, they are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Managerto join their dynamic team. This is a key role focused on driving customer loyalty, improving engagement, and leveraging data to enhance their CRM strategy.

How you will deliver

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a world-class CRM strategy that aligns with the luxury brand values and growth objectives. You will be responsible for analysing customer data, creating tailored communication strategies, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy Development: Create and implement a CRM strategy that reflects the luxury brand positioning and customer growth targets.
  • Customer Insights & Data Management: Analyse customer data and generate insights to improve communication strategies, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Email Marketing: Collaborate with the digital team to optimise email campaigns, targeting specific customer segments and aligning messaging with customer profiles.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on customer insights, sales performance, and geo-location trends to guide business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and digital teams to ensure CRM objectives are integrated across all customer touchpoints.
  • Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and support to sales teams, ensuring effective use of CRM tools to maximise potential.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience in CRM strategy, customer insights, and email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and customer data analysis tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive customer loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Experience in luxury brand environments is a plus but not essential.
  • A passion for customer experience and continuous improvement.
