About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to join a busy AV/IT support desk. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin or advance their career within IT support. You will be part of a friendly, collaborative team, providing remote technical assistance while gaining hands-on experience with a range of digital media technologies. Comprehensive training will be provided on bespoke hardware, software configurations, processes and troubleshooting techniques.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for client support calls and tickets
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to AV/IT equipment
  • Resolve incidents efficiently and escalate where necessary
  • Identify root causes and maintain accurate documentation within the ticketing system

  • Support continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving

Your Skills and Experience

  • Must have B2+ Language skills in Dutch or French
  • A passion for digital technology and a strong interest in developing an IT career
  • Knowledge of PC hardware configuration and Windows operating systems (XP–7 minimum)
  • Awareness of remote support desk environments
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach
  • Friendly, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous helpdesk experience is beneficial but not essential—ideal for first-line IT starters
