Applicants must have a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience in a patient-facing role within a relevant clinical setting. This experience should demonstrate your ability to deliver high-quality care, work under pressure, and manage diverse clinical situations effectively. You will bring both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to the role.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and experience of working with individuals with Mental Health diagnosis, Learning Disabilities, Autism, forensic histories and also Behaviours that challenge (physical and verbal). We strive to provide a supportive and therapeutic environment to enable everyone in our care to achieve meaningful and sustainable recovery and fulfil their individual potential to the maximum extent. We help make positive changes in their lives and to gain greater independence, long-term mental well-being and successful reintegration into the community.
