We are seeking a highly experienced, compassionate and dedicated Registered Care Manager (RMHN, RGN or Health & Social Care Level 5 qualified) to oversee our two dedicated purpose built Supported Living sites.

As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of both services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
