YourStudio is a dynamic strategy and creative agency specialising in next-generation experiences and environments for global brands. With studios in London, Melbourne, New York, and LA, we work supportively as one global team to deliver award-winning retail experiences that are recognised globally.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our global team on a 6-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start. As a trusted delivery leader and key figurehead for our studio's project management and client services offering, you will lead a broad range of complex, integrated creative projects—from 3D built environments and experiential spaces to brand campaigns and digital content.
Success in this role means our studio can deliver its most ambitious, pioneering work with complete confidence—knowing projects are in safe hands, client relationships are deepening, and the project management team is cohesive, motivated, and constantly raising the bar.
What You'll Do
- Project Delivery & Leadership - lead end-to-end delivery of pitches and live projects against agreed budgets and timelines. Track progress, manage scope, drive key meetings, onboard projects smoothly, and continuously refine studio delivery processes.
- Client & Stakeholder Management - act as a trusted partner and primary conduit between the studio, clients, partners, and C-suite stakeholders. Respond to client challenges with deep sector insight, build long-term trust, and secure repeat engagements.
- Financial & Resource Management - manage large-scale budgets, project scoping, and billing schedules with strong commercial awareness. Build accurate resource plans, identify gaps, and coordinate freelance talent alongside the Creative Operations Manager.
- Team Mentorship & Culture - serve as a recognized figurehead for delivery excellence—setting precedents for the project management team, shaping studio-wide processes, and providing clear direction and mentorship to Project Managers and Coordinators.
- Cross-Discipline Collaboration - partner closely with creative, strategy, and production teams across built environment, print, and digital formats. Articulate team thinking persuasively and actively champion our B-Corp commitments by threading principles of sustainable and responsible practice through every project.
What You'll Bring
- Immediate Availability - ready to make an immediate impact on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
- Project Expertise - expert command of end-to-end delivery across complex creative projects (3D built environments, experiential, brand campaigns, and digital content).
- Financial & Operational Acumen - exceptional budget management, project scoping, and resource planning capabilities, alongside proficiency with modern PM tools and software.
- Leadership & Influence - a confident, articulate communication style with a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
- Commercial & Mindset Rigour - a commercial mindset that balances creative ambition with financial and timeline constraints, paired with composure under pressure.
- Values Alignment - a strong commitment to sustainability, ethical business practices, and social impact within a creative delivery environment.
How We Support You
- Mentorship & Growth - directional, coaching-led leadership from our Leadership team to help you navigate ambiguity, build your executive presence, and seamlessly embed into the studio.
- Purpose-Driven Culture - a close-knit, purpose-driven studio environment genuinely committed to B-Corp values, sustainability, and responsible creative practice.
- Collaborative Environment - a "one-team" ethos where every discipline works as one, great delivery is celebrated, and you are empowered to help recruit, mentor, and elevate emerging talent.
- Clear Progression - clear goals and metrics tailored to your 6-month tenure to maximize your impact within the team and across client accounts.
What We Offer

- We value culture and collaboration, for this reason we operate a 3 day in the office and 2 day WFH hybrid working policy.
- Generous holiday allowance, including 25 days plus bank holidays, a well-being day, 2 community days and your birthday off! Alongside additional extra service allowance (pro-rata for fixed-term contracts).
