Job Description
Yourstaff Solutions are currently recruiting experienced PM HGV C2 drivers for our Harlow based client.
As one of the largest logistic companies in the country, our client provides a 24/7 multi award winning service to several well-known High Street stores and business’s.
With approx 8-10 drops per day of small electrical goods in cages, hanging garments and accessories in totes, or palletised goods with a Electric pump truck, deliveries are made to the following areas:
Kent, Sussex. Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex. Hertfordshire and London.
You will need the following.
- Current Driving licence, Driver qualification card and CPC card.
- No more than 6 penalty points. For insurance purposes, we cannot accept IN, DD or DR codes.
- Current share code (if required)
The job.
- Pre journey vehicle checks and relevant paperwork,
- 8 – 10 drops per day
- Off load any pallets, cages and rubbish on your return to site.
- Complete all paperwork/delivery notes and returned to the transport admin clerk.
About you.
- You must always be professional and courteous during your working day.
- Have a minimum 2 years driving and multi drop experience.
Start Times from 12.30 pm – 17.00pm
Shift Pattern Sun-Thursday / Tuesday – Sat. Extra day can been worked as per WTD
Pay
- £45, 600pa based on a 45hr week
- £51, 740pa based on a 50hr week.
