As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Workshop Manager to lead our furniture manufacturing team, delivering outstanding custom pieces for our beautiful lodge interiors.

As Workshop Manager, you will oversee the production of bespoke furniture, ensuring all pieces meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. You will manage a team of skilled joiners and craftspeople, organise workflow, and maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
  • Oversee the manufacture of bespoke furniture from start to finish.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the workshop team.
  • Ensure all work is completed to design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Order materials and manage stock levels.
  • Maintain workshop health and safety compliance.
  • Liaise closely with the design and production teams to bring concepts to life.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing a furniture workshop.
