Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service And Operations Coordinator to manage post-sales customer support, administrative tasks, and internal resource coordination. This role ensures smooth operations, excellent client satisfaction, and effective coordination across all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage after-sales support, including client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate lodge deliveries and siting teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and follow-ups.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Organise and allocate resources effectively to support operations.
  • Assist management with workflow planning and process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and report on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in after-sales support, operations coordination, or administrative roles, ideally in manufacturing or related industries.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using MS Office. Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and coordinate across multiple teams.
  • A diploma, certificate, or relevant degree or training in business administration, operations, logistics, or manufacturing is an advantage but not required.
