Our client, a successful, highly regarded family-run civil engineering and utility contractor seeks to hire a Customer Support Administrator / Planning Co-ordinator to play a key part in coordinating repair schedules, supporting operational teams, and delivering excellent outcomes for customers.

About the Role

You will be part of a small, friendly Planning team, responsible for booking and scheduling all customer appointments to investigate and repair water leaks on customer supply pipes. You will be based at a beautiful rural site near Oxford, working closely with customers, field operatives, and supervisors to keep everything running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Scheduling and coordinating investigation and repair appointments
