About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer Team Leader to oversee a team of engineers delivering high-quality HVAC services across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of Air Conditioning Engineers on-site and in the field
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems
- Ensure all work meets industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company expectations
- Plan workloads, allocate tasks, and manage project timelines efficiently
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
- Maintain strong client relationships across commercial and industrial sectors
- Diagnose faults and deliver effective, long-term solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or HVAC Engineer
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (or readiness to step up)
- Strong knowledge of cooling, heating, and ventilation systems
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and team management abilities
