Key Responsibilities

  • Plan workloads, allocate tasks, and manage project timelines efficiently
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
  • Maintain strong client relationships across commercial and industrial sectors
  • Diagnose faults and deliver effective, long-term solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or HVAC Engineer
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience (or readiness to step up)
  • Strong knowledge of cooling, heating, and ventilation systems
  • F-Gas certification (essential)
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and team management abilities
