What you’ll be doing
You’ll become the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers. Rather than simply processing orders, you’ll take the time to understand:
- Their products
- Their industry
- Their manufacturing plans
- Their purchasing patterns
- Future projects
- Forecast requirements
You’ll speak with customers regularly, helping them manage their call-off agreements, discussing upcoming demand, and ensuring they have the right products available when they need them. You’ll work closely with purchasing, sales, and marketing to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with existing customers

- Produce accurate order forecasts
