Your Recruiting Team are supporting our client in recruiting a Multi Trade Person to join their team in Gravesend covering Kent. The role is to work as part of the multi trade team, 80% of your work will be conducted in social housing properties. A key skill in Plastering is desirable for this role.

The successful Multi Trade Person will:

  • Ensure all scheduled work is completed at the end of each day and emergency jobs and additional works are dealt with effectively before the end of each day
  • Identify and diagnose faults and advise appropriate measures as required and rectified first time wherever possible
  • Resident liaison will be critical to ensuring the effective delivery of works
  • Multi Trade Experience in Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering and some Painting & Decorating
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems across multiple disciplines, such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting & decorating

Site time - 8-5 (Monday to Friday). Work spectrum includes - kitchen and bathroom refurbishments/decorating/plumbing/2nd fix carpentry/floor coverings/tiling/plastering.

The Multi Trade person will need:

  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • NVQ Level 2 in relevant Trade

The successful Multi Trade Person will receive:

  • £35k per annum
  • £100pw on call fee + £30 call out fee plus overtime
  • PPE
  • Company Van and Fuel card
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays
