Role: TIG Welder – Stainless & Mild Steel Salary & Benefits: £14 per hour + Overtime (Time 1.3x, then Time 1.5x and 2x Sundays) Location: Banbury Hours and Shifts: Monday – Thursday 07:00–16:00 | Friday 07:00–14:00 | 40.5 hours total Do you take real pride in the quality of your TIG welds? We’re working with a successful and growing fabrication business producing ducting, bespoke metalwork, and engineered assemblies. They’ve got a solid order book and are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join their team on the tools. This isn’t mass production. It’s varied, quality focused work with a company that values high standards and rewards commitment. Sometimes small batch work, sometimes custom one offs.
