Role: TIG Welder – Stainless & Mild Steel Salary & Benefits: £14 per hour + Overtime (Time 1.3x, then Time 1.5x and 2x Sundays) Location: Banbury Hours and Shifts: Monday – Thursday 07:00–16:00 | Friday 07:00–14:00 | 40.5 hours total Do you take real pride in the quality of your TIG welds? We’re working with a successful and growing fabrication business producing ducting, bespoke metalwork, and engineered assemblies. They’ve got a solid order book and are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join their team on the tools. This isn’t mass production. It’s varied, quality focused work with a company that values high standards and rewards commitment. Sometimes small batch work, sometimes custom one offs. TIG weld using stainless and mild steel Work from technical drawings and weld to specification Prepare and finish parts to a high visual and structural standard Keep your workspace tidy and follow H&S guidance Support general fabrication work as needed What We’re Looking For TIG welding experience (both stainless and mild steel preferred) Ability to work from engineering drawings Attention to detail and pride in the appearance of your welds Good communicator, team player, and strong work ethic Flexible approach to supporting the wider shopfloor Interested?
