Location: Belfast BT3
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Salary: £24,000 per year

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production tasks and track stock levels to keep workflow on schedule.
- Prepare accurate shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and export forms.
- Obtain delivery quotes and negotiate rates with freight and haulage providers.
- Communicate with dispatch and transport partners to ensure smooth and timely handovers.
- Verify and record freight costs for accurate invoices and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines independently.
- Effective communicator and team player, with flexibility for occasional travel.
