CNC Press Brake Setter / Operator * Rugby | Up to £17 per hour (depending on experience) | Days | Permanent * Monday to Friday | Early finish at 3:30pm on Fridays We're recruiting an experienced CNC Press Brake Setter / Operator for an established sheet metal manufacturer in Rugby. You'll join a friendly team of around 20 people, working with Amada Press Brakes on a variety of sheet metal components. Why is this job worth considering? * Up to £17 per hour (depending on experience), with overtime paid at 1.3x. * Day shifts – 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 3:30pm Friday. * 32 days' holiday including bank holidays. * Approachable, hands on MD – an experienced engineer who regularly works alongside his team. * Varied work – smaller batches and longer production runs across different projects. * Good working environment – spacious workshop, friendly team and positive feedback from people we've already placed there. * Trusted to get on with your job, with support available when needed. What do you need? * Experience setting and operating CNC Press Brakes. * Confidence reading engineering drawings. * Ability to select tooling, set machines and check finished components. * Confidence making adjustments to existing programmes. You'll be working with Amada Press Brakes, but experience with other manufacturers is absolutely fine. Programmes are generally prepared, so you won't need to programme everything from scratch.
