Paint Sprayer / Powder Coater – Join a Skilled Team at a Leading Sheet Metal Manufacturer Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer / Powder Coater looking for a stable role in a modern production environment? This is your chance to join a well established sheet metal fabrication company that offers job security, excellent benefits, and opportunities to grow your career Location: Loughborough Position: Paint Sprayer / Powder Coater Working Hours: 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday) – Flexible Start Times: 06:00–14:00, 07:00–15:00, or 08:00–16:00 Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour (depending on experience and ability to work independently from day one) + Overtime Available Benefits: 30 days holiday (incl. bank holidays), profit share scheme, pension scheme, healthcare cash plan, sick pay scheme, onsite parking, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, and more. Your Role as a Paint Sprayer / Powder Coater: Apply high quality powder coating finishes using Gema spray equipment. Prepare surfaces and materials for painting, including cleaning, masking, and sanding. Carry out visual inspections to ensure top notch standards are consistently met. Maintain a clean and safe paint booth environment. Work closely with a team of 7 in the paint department Understand job specifications and adjust settings for different products and materials. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in industrial paint spraying or powder coating, ideally using Gema systems. The ability to work quickly, efficiently, and independently with minimal supervision. A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
