We’re recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a skilled late shift team within a high quality sheet metal fabrication environment. This is a hands on role for someone who understands fabrication processes, keeps standards high, and can keep production moving smoothly.
You’ll be supervising a late shift team made up of press brake operators, welders, and laser operators, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervising and supporting the late shift fabrication team
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
- Providing technical guidance across fabrication processes
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
- Communicating clearly with management and production teams
What You’ll Need:
- Extensive sheet metal fabrication experience - essential
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes including welding, laser cutting, and press work
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- A proactive, hands on approach to leadership
