We are supporting a growing logistics and warehouse business to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to support their expanding operation. You’ll be joining a small, established team and working closely with the business owner to help coordinate day‑to‑day warehouse activities. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in the operation, supporting the team and helping ensure goods are received, organised, and dispatched efficiently. The business has recently moved into larger warehouse facilities and continues to grow, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants stability and the chance to become a key part of the operation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting and supervising a small warehouse team
- Coordinating goods in (multiple containers per day), storage, and dispatch
- Ensuring stock is organised and stored correctly
- Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
- Preparing goods and labels for delivery
- Maintaining an organised and efficient warehouse environment
- Leading by example with a hands‑on approach
