This opportunity would suit someone who is practical, dependable and genuinely interested in developing technical machining skills.
Previous CNC experience is not essential.
The company is more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn from experienced machinists.
You will begin at Level 1 and receive structured training designed to develop your skills through to Level 3.
About the
Role: The components produced within this facility are used during destructive material testing.
Although many of the designs are relatively straightforward, they must be manufactured to extremely tight, aerospace level tolerances.
Accuracy is essential.
Any variation in the finished component could affect the reliability of the test results, which are used to assess whether materials are suitable for critical applications.
