Coordinating site teams, operatives and subcontractors.
Organising labour, contractors, equipment and materials required for each project.
Making sure everyone knows where they need to be and what needs to be completed.
Monitoring progress against agreed timescales and keeping projects moving.
Liaising with clients, contractors and the internal management team.
Dealing with day-to-day issues on site and finding practical solutions.
Ensuring works are completed to the required quality standards.
Supporting site health, safety and environmental requirements.
Providing regular updates on progress and any potential delays or issues.
Completing basic project and site documentation where required.
What We're Looking For
You do not need to be a senior or highly experienced Project Manager.
We're much more interested in finding someone who is organised, confident dealing with people and understands what it takes to coordinate works successfully on site.
