Could you make a difference by helping schools and parents stay connected through an innovative SaaS platform? We’re looking for a proactive Customer Support Technician with a passion for technology and top-notch service. You’ll play a vital role in supporting over 700 schools, providing exceptional support and ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Location: Hybrid role, working 3 days in Loughborough offices

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Progress and resolve technical queries from operations
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate service incidents as needed
  • Provide support via email, live chat, and telephone to schools and parents
  • Manage and resolve user support issues effectively
  • Follow and uphold processes and procedures to achieve successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in IT support, with SaaS experience highly desirable
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Skilled in identifying faults and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
