Press Brake Setter / Operator – Secure a Long-Term Career with a Leading Manufacturer Are you an experienced Press Brake Setter / Operator looking for a stable role in a modern production environment? Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire Position: Press Brake Setter / Operator Working Hours: Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) Pay: £14.10 per hour – £16.15 per hour (depending on experience) + overtime paid at X1.3 over 37.5 hours per week, and X1.5 for weekends. You can also earn an extra £1 per hour as a multi-skilled operator. Adjust and program the press brake for different materials and thicknesses. Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Keep the production environment clean and safe while following health & safety procedures.
