Position: Press Brake Setter / Operator
Working Hours: Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00)
Pay: £13.75 per hour - £15.75 per hour (depending on experience) + overtime paid at X1.3 over 37.5 hours per week, and X1.5 for weekends. You can also earn an extra £1 per hour as a multi-skilled operator.

Your Role as a Press Brake Setter / Operator:
- Operate Amada and Salvagnini Press Brake Machines to bend and form sheet metal accurately.
- Read engineering drawings and set machines for different jobs.
- Adjust and program the press brake for different materials and thicknesses.
- Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Keep the production environment clean and safe while following health & safety procedures.

- Press Brake Setting & Operating Experience – Amada, Salvagnini, Trumpf, Bystronic, or similar
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00).
