Can you set a laser, read the drawing and spot a bad cut before it wastes a full sheet? This role is for someone who understands more than where the start button is.
You will be setting and operating CNC laser cutting machinery, producing sheet metal components from engineering drawings and checking that the finished parts are right before they move to the next stage of production. The company manufactures a wide range of metal products from its Loughborough facility and continues to invest in machinery, automation and training.
Once permanent, you will have access to a profit share scheme, enhanced overtime rates and an additional £1 per hour as you become trained across more areas of the business.
Position: CNC Laser Setter / Operator
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts
- Morning shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm
- Afternoon shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Pay: Starting from £15 per hour
Employment: Temp to permanent, with the first 13 weeks completed through Your Recruiters
