Days Shift - 8.00am - 5.00pm - Mon - Fri (40hrs)

Our client in Belfast BT3 is currently looking for a fulltime Saw/Machine Operator to join their team. As a Saw/Machine Operator, you will be required to work in a factory environment as part of a team. Experience is essential!
Duties:
- Operating a billet prep / saw machine
- Band or Chop Saw experience essential adhering to health and safety at all times
- Checks to material allocated to be cut, length, width, thickness, spec, alloy, grain direction, lot number before cutting
- Checks to cut plan, and any additional drawings to agree with advised sizes on sale order before cutting
- Cuts and verifies parts are within customer required tolerances, using tape, micrometer, and caliper instruments
- Program saw for cutting operation
- FLT Counterbalance - Operates fork trucks and jib cranes when required
- Checks to first off cut piece, and random checks during the sale order, Belfast specific 100% dimension checks on all parts
