Pay & Hours
Up to £15.60 per hour + weekly production bonus. Fridays & Saturdays overtime paid at time and a half. Temp to perm and permanent contracts (available from day 1) for successful candidates.
This is a physical, repetitive role in a safety‑critical manufacturing environment. You will work in 2‑person teams, operating machinery and a forklift truck as part of a fixed production flow. If you turn up, work safely and commit to overtime, the money is excellent. Own transport is required due to the site location in Ellistown (LE67).
Shift Schedule
- Monday to Thursday
- AM: 04:45 – 14:45
- PM: 14:30 – 00:30
- AM: 04:00 – 11:00
- PM: 11:00 – 18:00
All overtime paid at time and a half. PM has a 25% shift allowance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating production machinery and FLT (training provided)
- Manual handling and physical work
- Cleaning down and hygiene duties when required
- Adapting to other tasks when production is down
