About the Role: We’re supporting a busy production and mail house facility in Castle Donington who need a reliable Packing Operative to join their team immediately. This is ongoing temporary work, expect fast paced shifts, steady graft and proper teamwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping hoppers filled with flyers on the production line
- Picking, packing and palletising finished products
- Repetitive manual handling tasks
- Some heavier lifting when required
- Standing, bending and moving for most of the shift
- Completing simple paperwork and following Team Leader instructions
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable with physical, repetitive warehouse work
- Fast paced mindset and ready to graft
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is helpful but not essential
- Immediate availability is required
