Location: East Goscote, Leicester

Shift Pattern: Friday: 2:00pm - 12:00am, Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am - 11:00pm

Pay: £21 - £25 per hour (depending on experience)

This is a great opportunity to join a busy, growing sheet metal manufacturer in Leicester as part of a brand new weekend shift team. If you take pride in precision welding and consistently produce clean, high quality work, you'll be well suited to this role. We're looking for experienced Welders who can hit the ground running within a fast paced fabrication environment. Aluminium welding experience would be a huge advantage for this role.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Precision MIG or TIG welding of sheet metal components
  • Working from engineering drawings and welding to specification
  • Producing neat, high quality welds to a clean finish
  • Visual inspection and minor finishing where required
  • Keeping your work area safe, organised, and production ready
  • Supporting the wider fabrication and production team as needed

What You'll Need:

  • Proven MIG or TIG welding experience within fabrication or sheet metal manufacturing
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Reliable and safety conscious approach to work
  • Aluminium welding experience - highly desirable
