If you’re an experienced CNC Laser Setter/Operator who enjoys working on modern, high spec machinery instead of battling tired old equipment every shift, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing sheet metal manufacturer launching a brand new weekend shift. They’ve invested heavily into modern manufacturing technology, including one of the fastest Eagle laser machines in the country, giving you the chance to work in a clean, organised, and genuinely impressive fabrication environment.
You’ll be setting and operating CNC laser cutting machinery, ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards across quality, accuracy, and output.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting and operating CNC laser cutting machinery (Eagle)
- Loading programs and adjusting cutting parameters
- Selecting correct gases and settings for different materials
- Carrying out first off and in process inspections
- Monitoring cut quality and making adjustments where required
- Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
- Completing basic machine maintenance and upkeep
- Supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency across the workshop

- Understanding of cutting parameters, gases, and materials
