Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Coalville, Leicestershire | £13.50 per hour + Weekly Production Bonus | Temp to Perm
Monday to Thursday, 4:45am - 2:45pm | Friday & Saturday Overtime Available
A four day working week, weekly production bonuses, and regular opportunities to earn overtime at time and a half.
We're recruiting a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a concrete products manufacturer near Coalville.
Around 75% of your time will be spent driving a Counterbalance FLT, with the remaining time supporting production machinery and other tasks around the plant.

What do you need?
- A valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
- Experience in manufacturing, production or a similar industrial environment.
- Willingness to help with physical production work.
- Your own transport due to the early start time and site location.
This is a heavy industrial concrete manufacturing environment, not a warehouse. You'll need to be comfortable working around large machinery in a noisy, dusty production setting.
