Following significant international growth, they're now investing in their UK sales team and are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to generate new opportunities and help drive the next stage of growth.

The Role

Working closely with experienced Account Executives and the wider commercial team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers across the construction and engineering sector. This is a genuine outbound sales role where you'll be opening doors, creating conversations and booking qualified meetings.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting new customers through phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Building targeted account lists
  • Researching potential clients and decision makers
  • Qualifying opportunities
  • Booking meetings for the sales team
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Working alongside marketing on outbound campaigns

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking to people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. Ideally you'll have:

  • Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, Lead Generation or outbound sales role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence making outbound calls
  • A resilient, positive attitude
  • The ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience using LinkedIn and CRM systems
  • A genuine desire to build a career in technology sales

Experience selling SaaS or software would be advantageous but isn't essential.
