We're looking for a Housing Officer to provide a professional, resident-focused housing management service across Your Place accommodation. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of housing operations, helping residents sustain their accommodation while ensuring homes are safe, well-managed, and compliant.
Key areas of responsibility include:

Managing tenancy and licence agreements, sign-ups and move-ins

Monitoring rent accounts and supporting arrears prevention

Coordinating voids and helping to minimise vacancy periods

Responding to housing-related enquiries and resident issues

Supporting compliance, property standards and access arrangements

Working collaboratively with Finance, Repairs, Support Services and Resident Services teams

Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service performance reporting
We're looking for someone with experience in housing, supported housing, homelessness, customer service or another resident-facing role, who is organised, professional, compassionate, and able to manage challenging situations in a firm but fair manner.
